During the Free Trial period, there is no limit on the number of websites a client can host on our platform, but the environment is restricted. A trial account allows only one environment. In a paid account, clients gain access to unlimited resources and can create multiple environments. A trial account can be upgraded to a paid account anytime. If higher resources are needed during the trial, clients can contact us with their use case and purpose, and we may temporarily increase the limits.

A cloud server is a virtual server that operates in a cloud computing environment, providing scalable computing resources and high availability for users’ applications and data.

As part of the services, we offer complete management of all our Cloud hosting solutions for the first 90 days. Our dedicated support team is available 24/7 to assist you in case your server becomes unresponsive or if you encounter any difficulties connecting to the console.

The complimentary Trial Period will end 30 days after your signup

If your credit balance exceeds $100 within 30 days, you will receive a notification in advance. Once your credit surpasses this threshold, your account will be deactivated temporarily. Furthermore, if your 30-day trial period concludes and there is still remaining credit in your account, it will also be deactivated. If you have no plans to replenish or recharge your account, it will be permanently deleted six days thereafter.

When you upgrade to a paid plan for the first time, your $100 trial bonus credits will be cleared, but here’s the good part: We’ll double the amount you add on your first upgrade! So if you upgrade with $20, we’ll credit you with $40. It’s a one-time welcome gift to help you get the best start. We're excited to have you on board!

If you fully use your $100 trial credits before your 30-day trial ends, your access to cloud services will be paused, even if there are days still remaining in the trial.

To continue using the platform without interruption, you can upgrade to a paid plan anytime within the 30-day window.

And here’s the best part:

On your first upgrade during the trial, we’ll double the amount you add, so if you add $20, you’ll get $40 in balance!

This way, you can keep building without delay and get even more value as you grow.

It’s important to note that if we detect any suspicious activity during the trial period, we reserve the right to cancel the free trial without prior notification to the user. Refer Terms of service for more details.

If your account balance reaches 0 or -1, it will be deactivated. After 5 days, it will be suspended, and if not recharged within 30 days, it will be permanently terminated.

Charges will apply only for the active projects/environments/nodes. These charges are based on the "pay-as-you-go" model, meaning you are charged based on your usage.

For stopped projects/environments/nodes, even though they are not running, some resources still incur charges. This includes storage (like NFS or any consumed storage), IP addresses, licensed products (such as MongoDB), or any paid add-ons.

All other active resources, like cloudlets (RAM/vCPU), are paused when the environment is stopped.

NOTE: You can remove unwanted IPs and other unused resources to reduce the balance.

There is no fixed additional cost for bandwidth. It follows a pay-as-you-go model, where you are charged per GB based on usage. Check the estimated cost at AccuWeb Cloud Pricing.

When a cloud environment is stopped, storage (including NFS and any other consumed storage), IP addresses, and licensed products (such as MongoDB) continue to incur charges, while all other active resources, including cloudlets, are paused.

Yes, you can enable auto-subscription for your AccuWeb.Cloud account. Your credit card, debit card, or PayPal will be automatically charged when your balance reaches the specified limit set in the auto-refill settings.

Expand your application server or load balancer node to view the public IP address assigned to your node/instance.

We do not offer refunds. You will only be charged for the resources you use. If there are extenuating circumstances, contact support.

With a 30-day free trial account, you can set up these maximum resources.

Regarding the free trial credit/bonus offer, please note that the $100 credit/bonus will remain valid for 30 days from the activation date. However, after these 30 days, the credit/bonus will expire and will no longer be available for use. Utilizing the credit/bonus within the specified timeframe is important to maximize its benefits.

Once you convert to Billing your credit/bonus will expire and will no longer be available for use.

DNS (Domain Name System) is a decentralized naming system that translates human-readable domain names into numerical IP addresses, enabling devices to locate and communicate with each other on the internet.

We don’t provide DNS service.

There are three possible scenarios for configuring DNS:

1. If the domain is registered with us, we will assist you in pointing your domain to the desired environment.

2. If your domain is registered with a third-party registrar, you can utilize their DNS service to point the A record to your desired environment.

3. If you prefer to use a third-party DNS service, such as Cloudflare or similar services, you can host the DNS zone of your domain with them.

AccuWeb.Cloud includes a built-in firewall to protect your data and network. You can manage the firewall via the dashboard & command line.

We do not charge for firewalls; It’s a feature of our cloud platform to provide more security for your cloud server.

A firewall is a network security device that monitors and controls incoming and outgoing network traffic based on predetermined security rules, helping to protect a network from unauthorized access and potential threats.

We offer a wide range of including MongoDB, Opensearch, Redis, MySQL, Couchbase, and MariaDB.

Large projects are typically the outcome of collaborative efforts involving several individuals. Nonetheless, when various team members operate within a single account, it can lead to inefficiencies and potential problems, such as security risks. Our platform offers a dependable account collaboration feature that simplifies joint development and management, enhancing the success and efficiency of collaborations.

The underlying concept is simple: a primary user hosts essential environments and has the capability to share necessary components with specific permissions to other collaborators. This approach not only optimizes resource allocation but also provides a high degree of management flexibility.

The primary account user needs to send an invitation to the person they want to add to the project or environment for help or teamwork. The invited person must accept the request. Once accepted, their account will be created in the Accuweb.cloud dashboard. The primary account user can then set their roles and responsibilities. Based on these roles, the collaboration account will be able to perform tasks in the shared environment. You will get more details from here..

After the 30-day Free Trial, the collaborator account will be deactivated unless upgraded to a paid plan with a minimum payment of $20.

Collaboration features will remain functional regardless of the account's trial, paid, or deactivated/destroyed status. However, the collaboration account owner must be in an active state, while collaborated account users can be in any state.
